MBD’s clients discovered their dream home in this stunning apartment overlooking Central Park. To tailor the residence to their growing family, MBD undertook a thoughtful renovation of the eat-in kitchen, guest bathroom, children’s bathroom, and primary bathroom; modernizing each space while honoring the home’s classic architecture.

In one of the bedrooms, MBD designed a custom four-person bunk bed to accommodate the couple’s daughters, creating a playful yet beautifully designed space where each child could enjoy her own defined area. When Michele asked the girls their favorite color, the youngest enthusiastically replied, “rainbow!”—a joyful sentiment that subtly inspired the room’s spirited personality.

As the children grow, MBD continues to collaborate with the family, thoughtfully evolving the interiors to reflect each child’s changing needs and individuality.
